We provide:
- Proprietary SaaS platforms
- White-label systems
- Hosting and infrastructure
- Booking, payments, dashboards, and automation
3. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform. You do not own the software.
4. Ownership
All intellectual property remains owned by Just Build Technology.
Clients own:
- Their data
- Their branding
5. Accounts
You must keep login details secure and are responsible for account activity.
6. Payments
- Subscription or agreed fees apply
- Non-payment may result in suspension
7. Subscription
- Services may auto-renew
- Pricing may change with notice
8. Acceptable Use
You must not use the platform unlawfully, attempt to hack or disrupt services, or upload harmful content.
9. Hosting & Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
10. Data
Clients are responsible for their data. We act as a data processor where applicable.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if payments are overdue or these Terms are breached.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profits, data loss, or indirect damages. Liability is limited to fees paid.

We may update these Terms at any time.
